🚀 About the Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive the evolution of our Unified Data Platform (UDP). You won’t just be "doing Scrum"- you will be architecting the delivery model for enterprise-grade data systems. You will act as the heartbeat of the team, ensuring that our technical roadmap aligns with business insights while fostering a culture of extreme autonomy and continuous improvement.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational setup and optimization of Agile Tribes. You will facilitate all ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) but also look at the "big picture" of delivery.
- Design and maintain scalable delivery models. You will translate high-level stakeholder goals into actionable backlogs, managing dependencies across multiple squads.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization using advanced techniques like User Story Mapping and WSJF.
- Proactively identify and clear bottlenecks in a complex technical environment involving high-scale data replication and cloud-native services.
- Evangelize Agile and DevOps values beyond the team level, conducting workshops on team autonomy and lean thinking.
- Implement and monitor data-driven metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn-up) to provide transparent progress reporting to senior management.
🌟 Experience desired:
- You have 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years strictly in Agile leadership roles within large-scale tech environments.
- You speak the language of engineers. You have a background (or deep familiarity) with Azure DevOps, Data Factory, LogicApps, and Cloud databases (CosmosDB/SQL).
- Scaling Expert: You have hands-on experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model) and know how to manage "Scrum of Scrums."
- You balance a "Coaching" mindset with a "Delivery" mindset. You care about the team's health as much as the Roadmap's execution.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English C1 or c2 is a must
🛠️ You use:
- Tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence, Azure DevOps, PowerBI
- Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking.
- Certifications (Preferred): PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching).
✨ Margo Offers:
- Permanent cooperation on ambitious international project
- Remote working model - (1 time per 2 months in our Warsaw's office - eventually).
- Benefits such as medical care and sports card,
- Co-financing trainings, certification exams and post-graduate studies,
- Ability to work in an international consulting company on ambitious projects,
- Individual approach and development opportunities (ability to change the project and position, possibility to get involved in outside-project activities with additional remuneration),
- Excellent atmosphere, integration events.
